If you live in one of the residential halls, your meals are part of your housing package. Our prices are modest compared to other dining options in the area. You may use debit, credit, NCTC cards, or cash for your food purchases.

The Buffet
We serve a daily all-you-can-eat buffet that include various entrees, starches, vegetables, soups, chili, salad, fresh fruits, desserts, ice cream, sandwiches, coffee, and fountain drinks.

The Grill
The Grill features hamburgers, cheeseburgers, phillys, onion rings or french fries, grilled or crispy chicken sandwiches, pizzas, and a hot/cold sandwich bar.

Catering & Conference Services
Great Western Dining also provides catering or conference services for on or off campus groups. Please ask for our Catering Guide. Please reach out at nctc@gwdining.net to check on the date you are looking for at least 2 weeks in advance.
Starbucks & Grab n' Go
The Gainesville Student Union and Dining Hall includes a fully-stocked Starbucks and a Grab n' Go dining option that includes salads and snacks. Grab n' Go items are available from the Starbucks after the Dining Hall is closed and will also be serving cookies, yogurt parfaits, and cheese & fruit.
