Transcript Evaluation
If you completed courses at another college or university and want the usable credits applied to your NCTC transcript and Advising Worksheet, you must fill out a Transcript Evaluation Request. Go to MyNCTC and choose the Student Services tab.
Student Services
Official transcripts from all previous schools must be on file with the Admissions/Registrar's Office BEFORE submitting your Transcript Evaluation Request.
Requests are processed within 4-6 weeks. Once the evaluation is complete, we’ll send a confirmation email to your NCTC student email address. If you have questions and/or don’t receive the email stating your credits have been applied, please contact the Registrar’s Office.
Advising & Transfer Credits
Your Advisor/Success Coach can help you request a Transcript Evaluation and review how your credits apply towards your major or pathway after the evaluation is completed. Make an appointment with your Advisor/Success Coach and review your Advising Worksheet in MyNCTC to stay on track!
